OUR PROCESS OF PURCHASE

Office furniture comes in many varieties, from materials as well as finishes and measures to conditions and times of delivery and can generate confusion if adequate advice is not available. This is why online shopping usually is not the best option for our customers.

In order to offer you the best options, in Officinca we opt for personalized attention, which consists of telephone, mail or person-to-person consultancy in order to prepare a detailed budget with all the necessary information for the client ( with the complete characteristics of each product, the finishing options).

The resulting contract will be completed within the legal framework established by the Civil Code of Spain, the General Conditions of Contract Law and the Retail Trade Law 7/1996, so that the consumer has all the guarantees established for his protection in the Laws 26/1984 for the Defense of Consumers and Users and 23/2003 of Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods.

 

HOW TO PAY

It will be made by wire transfer.

- 70% At the time of signing or accepting the written budget (Transfer).

- 30% After delivery and assembly. Once checked and accepted by the client (Transfer or according to previous agreement with the client).

 

(Amounts, conditions and bank details (IBAN) will be reflected in the formal budget).

OFFICINCA´S WARRANTY

All articles commercialized by officinca.es have been manufactured following all legal specifications and recommendations that are applicable to this type of goods. Sure as we are to have products of the highest quality we offer the best guarantee that you will find in the market.

According to Law 23/2003, a guarantee is established for all products of 24 months – or more- against any manufacturing defect or non-conformity with its specific characteristics. The customer is entitled to a free repair or replacement of the product subject to the contract. No liability shall be accepted for defects or defects due to normal use of the products or those caused by improper use.

 

RETURNS OR CHANGES

Under the provisions of article 44 of the Law of Retail Commerce, the customer has 7 days, from the receipt of the merchandise, for the revocation of the contract. Once Officinca has been notified of the withdrawal, the buyer must return the merchandise in the same conditions as it was delivered to him. Officinca will return the amount of the order within a maximum period of 15 days from the reception of the returned goods according to the delivery note of the carrier.

The withdrawal of the contract by the customer must be communicated by e-mail to the following address: atencion@officinca.es. Revocations of orders or returns of goods outside the indicated periods will not be accepted.

The buyer may bear the cost of delivery for returning the product to the seller under the terms established in said law. This cost can be deducted from the advance paid by the buyer.
